HelloWorld announces new company headquarters in Southfield

HelloWorld, a leading digital marketing solutions company, announced that it has signed an eleven-year lease on a new Southfield office space. Founded in 1999 in Bloomfield Hills as ePrize, the move will relocate the company’s Michigan office from its current space in Pleasant Ridge.

The decision to relocate from HelloWorld’s current space comes as its ten-year lease expires at the end of this year. The new office space will occupy over 43,000 square feet spread over two and a half floors of the Southfield Town Center, which will accommodate HelloWorld’s approximately 300 area team members at present, with room to add an additional 20 percent in staff over time.

“The new office space is not only necessary on a practical level as our team continues to grow, but it also represents the incredible success HelloWorld has had over the last ten years,” said Peter DeNunzio, CEO, HelloWorld.

The new space, located at 3000 Town Center and its surrounding campus, is host to numerous full-scale amenities including exercise facilities, restaurants, and retailers. Adjacent to the building is a full-service hotel, providing a convenient lodging option for visiting clients and commuting team members and from HelloWorld’s six nationwide office locations.

While searching for a new office space, HelloWorld leadership was careful to consider all locations in the region that would allow for the continued expansion of their team, while being cognizant of how a new location would influence current team members’ daily commutes. The Southfield office space accomplishes all goals that the company had in mind, and is within 25 miles of 80% of HelloWorld’s Detroit area-based team members — a consideration that underscores the company’s commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance for all employees.

HelloWorld will relocate to the new space later this year. The Southfield lease will extend through September 2026.

HelloWorld partnered with broker Brian Piergentili, Managing Principal of DTZ and will be working with architect Timothy J. Gawel of the firm Harley Ellis Devereaux for the design of the new office space.

Founded in 1999 as ePrize, HelloWorld has offices in Detroit, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Nashville, Phoenix and Seattle. HelloWorld’s technology is behind highly effective local, national and global campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, the Gap and Procter & Gamble.
